Our new Birmingham location is at Vancouver House, 111, Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 8LB.
Please note following the departure of UK from EASA regulations, UK AMEs can now only perform UK CAA medicals. Any pilots with a non UK licence will need to find an examiner who is currently EASA authorised.
The UK CAA have introduced a new software system for all medicals on March 29th 2021. You may have already received an invitation from the CAA to register for a Cellma portal account. Access the CAA customer portal to start the application process. The account can take up to 10 days for the CAA to verify.
After March 29th 2021, you will no longer be able to have a UK CAA medical if you do not have a Cellma portal account. You will need to complete your medical application and CAA payment on line before you attend for your medical. Your registration and payment to CAA must have been made in sufficient time for this to be recorded on your CAA portal account. (CAA recommend a minimum of ten days after payment before attending for a medical).
You MUST bring photo ID to your medical and it MUST be the same as the ID registered on Cellma.
Your AME has to verify the photo ID with your Cellma account, to continue with your medical, and will not be able to proceed with your medical if your Cellma ID can not be verified.
If you do not have a portal account, or your Cellma portal account shows "waiting for payment", AMEs are not authorised to continue with your medical and you will need to rebook.

Unfortunately for data protection reasons it is not possible to migrate existing customer data into the new system, and you will need to re-register, with our apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
